Manpower

Manpower is your primary resource for supplying your armies. You receive a certain amount of manpower every month, dependent on the number of Freemen living in provinces controlled by you that share the same culture group as your nation. Each month, any armies that have cohorts at less than their max strength will receive reinforcements that subtract from your manpower total. Manpower reinforcements only occur if the Army in question is in territory you own or you have permission to pass through.
